Please distribute this notice to your members, especially those who will be attending the events at Masonic Week in Alexandria, VA in early February.
Trinity Chapel No. 12 will have its Annual Meeting at 8:00 AM on Thursday, February 7, 2008 at the Hilton Alexander Mark Center Hotel (site of the 2008 AMD Masonic Week activities). All members are invited to attend. Regalia would be nice, but certainly STA caps should be worn.
The Provincial Grand Council will then meet at 10:00 AM at the same location. All Past and current Worthy Masters as well as all current Priors are voting members of this Council, but all members are welcome to attend.
Once again Trinity Chapel has arranged for a Festive Board for everyone, including ladies, attending the St. Thomas of Acon meetings.
